Mr. Atma Nanda Shrestha     
Mr. Atma Nanda Shrestha, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. Atma Nanda Shrestha holds a Masters in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University. He is a seasoned finance professional with over 13 years of banking experience at Everest Bank and Nabil Bank. He has also been a respected lecturer of Management at Tribhuvan University for 8 years. In addition, Mr. Shrestha was selected as a panel member (financial consultant) from Nepal for the South Asian Development Fund to offer his expert opinions on development projects of the SAARC region. He is the author of several publications and frequently contributes to editorials and commentaries in the nation’s leading magazines and newspapers.


Mr. Rameswor Maharjan     
Mr. Rameswor Maharjan, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Rameswor Maharjan holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Patrice Lumuumba People’s Friendship University in Moscow, Russia. He has over ten years of experience in mobilizing, establishing, and building capacity of rural enterprises in eight districts in Nepal during his tenure at Development and Consulting Services at the United Mission to Nepal and the Research Centre for Applied Sciences and Technology (RECAST). In addition to developing small rural enterprises, he has also had extensive experience relating to the heavy industry sector, such as machine tools factory. Mr. Maharjan holds two patents and is the author of several publications.


Mr. Tulasi Gautam     
Mr. Tulasi Gautam, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Mr. Tulasi Gautam holds an M.Sc. In Agricultural Economics from Benguet State University in the Philippines and an M.A. in Economics from Tribhuvan University. As a native of Arghakhanchi District, he is very familiar with the marketing constraints of small and medium enterprises in the hill regions of Nepal. With 25 years of professional experience as an agricultural economist, he has served as a national and international consultant in the field of rural economics and marketing. He especially focuses on promoting income generating activities along with marketing systems of demand-driven products. Mr. Gautam is the author of several training manuals, marketing guidelines and policy papers.
